Ramelli Building & Remodeling - Roof and Front Porch - Cheshire, CT

This home was hit by the ice dams as well as strong winds....

After we negotiated the claim on behalf of the homeowner with the insurance company to install a new roof, replace drywall on the inside, paint and re finish the oak floors - Ramelli Building & Remodeling was also contracted to build her dream front porch and install a stamped walkway

After getting the front porch built - the walkway was formed up.

And then poured and stamped using a Tetra Stone pattern using Gull Gray for the concrete color and Storm Gray for the release

The roof was replaced as well as the driveway repaved giving this home a new and improved curb appeal!

  1. The roof looks so much better now. I also noticed that the color of the roof was changed. It made a big difference in the overall look of the house. And the front porch is a beautiful addition to your home. If you plan to replace the siding in the future, I suggest you go for a lighter color to make the house appear brighter.
